Patricia Ann Casbeer, age 77, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016. She was born in Houston, Texas October 7, 1939 and was a lifelong resident. Patsy was a devoted wife and mother. She had a wonderful sense of humor, a big heart and love for her family and friends.

For over thirty years Patsy worked for HBZK, PC an accounting firm which in 2010 became LaPorte CPAs and Business Advisors. She was a member of the L'Entasar Club, United Jamail Family Club and served as secretary at the Federation level. Her favorite hobby...

Patricia Ann Casbeer, age 77, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016. She was born in Houston, Texas October 7, 1939 and was a lifelong resident. Patsy was a devoted wife and mother. She had a wonderful sense of humor, a big heart and love for her family and friends.

For over thirty years Patsy worked for HBZK, PC an accounting firm which in 2010 became LaPorte CPAs and Business Advisors. She was a member of the L'Entasar Club, United Jamail Family Club and served as secretary at the Federation level. Her favorite hobby was putting together puzzles.
Patsy is preceded in death by her husband of forty years, Daniel and her parents, John and Idella Banfill. She is survived by her children, John Clayton Casbeer, wife, Cerise; Daniel Joseph Casbeer II, wife, Jennifer; and Theresa Casbeer; Five grandchildren, Will, Maggie, Danny, Christina and Kathryn. She leaves behind a sister, Jacqueline Groves, husband John; brother, James Banfill, wife Patricia and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held Thursday, October 13, 2016 with rosary being recited at 9:30 am followed by Mass at 10:00am at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 8825 Kempwood Drive, Houston, Texas 77080. Visitation and reception will follow mass in the church hall. Everyone is welcomed to the graveside service at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas 77077.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of choice.
